Phil has over 12 years of experience in Organizational Development & Resource Management.

As a project director, Phil will handle all aspects of the advertising and marketing schedule as well as tracking of deliverables.

Prior to joining the team at FJG Advertising he was a lieutenant for the City and County of Denver.
